Open any subscriber from the Subscribers screen. Below their details there is a section called Automations this person is in.
For each one you see:
- The automation name, which links straight to it
- Whether they are active, finished the flow, or left early
- Exactly which step they are sitting on right now, for example an email, a wait, or a decision
- When they joined, and when their next move is due
If they left early, the reason is shown, for example that they bought something and an exit rule took them out.
This replaces the usual workaround of tagging people at each step just to work out where they are. Nothing here changes anything, it is only a view.
